Calibre C-150
The C-150 is a three-wheel roller guide with spring suspension, adjustable stops in all directions, and three 150 mm diameter polyurethane rollers.
Combining ease of installation and hoistway adjustability, the C-150 is designed for rail sizes commonly found in Europe, accommodating rails from 9mm (T82) to 19mm (T140-1).
It provides a smooth ride on a wide range of elevator cars up to 3.0 m/s and 1,800 kg capacity in low- to mid-rise buildings.
Engineered and tested to meet EN81, the C-150 is constructed from durable, precision machined, ductile iron castings and is assembled using quality parts to ensure the installed roller guide delivers a lifetime of reliable performance.
Calibre C-80
The Calibre C-80 is a three-wheel roller guide with spring suspension, adjustable stops in all directions, and three 80 mm diameter polyurethane roller wheels.
Combining ease of installation and hoistway adjustability, the C-80 roller guide is compatible with a wide range of elevator counterweight, car and guide rail sizes.
Designed for counterweights up to 3.0 m/s and 1,800 kg capacity and elevator cars up to 1.5 m/s and 1,100 kgs capacity in low- to mid-rise buildings.

Flex-Mount™
Flex-Mount™ is an innovative, patented hardware kit designed specifically to allow ELSCO roller guides to mount on a range of pre-existing bolt patterns, without the need to take accurate measurements, create drawings, and fabricate custom adapter plates.
Flex-Mount™ adapter plates have also been designed to comply with EN81 regulations, and when installed correctly, deliver safety and peace of mind.
Seismic Flex-Mount™ adapter plates meet application requirements in seismic zones 2, 3, or greater.
